Ved træning på 85 % af den maksimale puls bevæger man
sig over anaerobtærsklen og tæt på et område, der kan
udgøre risiko for helbredet. Kun topsportsudøvere og fysisk
stærke personer burde træne med dette pulsniveau.
! E-104 gemmer det sidste brugerdenerede program i hukom-
melsen. Programmet bliver i hukommelsen selv efter slukning af
computeren efter afsluttet træning.
Kontrol af hjertefrekvensen 85 % (P 12)
Program 12 (kontrol af hjertefrekvensen 85 %) udregner 85 % af din maksima-
le puls og bruger denne værdi som målpulsen ved tilpasning af modstanden.
Vælg dette program, hvis du vil træne ved 85 % af din maksimale puls.
Brugerprogram (P 13)
Brugerprogrammet muliggør indstilling af din egen, individuel træning som
træningsprogram.
For samtlige 10 tidsenheder indstilles belastningsgraden og dermed mod-
standen individuelt.
Regenereringsprogram
Programmet måler din evne til regeneration. Denne måling kan anvendes
som ngerpeg om, hvordan din kondition er.
Din evne til regeneration fastslås ud fra forskellen mellem hjertefrekvensen
umiddelbart efter en afsluttet træning og hjertefrekvensen efter 60 sekunders
afslapning (regeneration) efter træningen.
Tommelngerregel: jo større forskel, desto bedre regeneration og dermed
også kondition.
Hos trænede personer falder pulsen efter en træning hurtigere end hos
utrænede.
Hvis du afslutter dit træningsforløb med „regeneration“, får du efter 60 sekun-
der en vurdering af din kondition.
