BMI-BMR-måling af kropsfedt (P 8)
Dette program er ikke et træningsprogram
Beregning af BMI-BMR-indekset på baggrund af måling af kropsfedt bidrager
til klassikation af din krop og ydeevne samt til bestemmelse af det optimale
træningsprogram og passende træningsomfang.
Interval (P 7)
Hurtig belastning og afslapning
Dette program lægger vægt på jævn overgang mellem belastning og afslap-
ning. Cyklemodstanden forhøjes og sænkes regelmæssigt. Intervaller med
belastning gentages tre gange. Formålet med intervaltræningen er at opnå
en hurtig regeneration efter belastningen.
Individuel kontrol af hjertefrekvens (P 9)
Permanent jævn belastning
Individuelt program med kontrol af hjertefrekvensen (P 9) hjælper dig med at
holde en konstant hjertefrekvens under hele træningen. Du kan selv indstille
den ønskede puls.
Dette er muligt takket være en konstant overvågning af hjertefrekvensen.
Samtidigt øger eller mindsker computeren modstanden afhængigt af din
pedalfrekvens.
Hvis din puls når op eller over den ønskede værdi, begynder viseren at blinke,
og modstanden sænkes for at holde pulsen på den forudindstillede værdi.
Computeren beregner ud fra de indtastede værdier (køn, alder, kropshøjde
og kropsvægt) dine individuelle værdier for:
• BMI (Body Mass Index)
• BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
• kropsfedt (FAT %)
• kropstype
