INGREDIENTS
for 500 g of mayonnaise
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
500 g vegetable oil
juice from half a lemon
a pinch of salt
Mayonnaise
Preparation:
Place the eggs, salt and lemon juice in the container with the blades.
Mix at position 3 and slowly add the oil using the hole in the lid; when
about half the oil has been poured, increase the blades’ speed to
position 4 until you obtain the desired consistency.
INGREDIENTS
75 g of egg yolk
200 g sugar
50 g flour
500 ml milk
1 sachet of vanilla powder (or
equivalent vanilla essence)
Custard cream
Cooking method:
Place the mixing blade in the container and add all the ingredients
starting with the milk; close the lid. Select the CREAM function and
cook for 10 minutes, mixing at position 2.
INGREDIENTS
300 g flour
300 g sugar
3 eggs
200 ml cream
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Cake mix
Preparation:
Place the egg whites and sugar in the container with the blades. Whisk
for a few minutes at position 8. Add the egg yolks, cream, flour, baking
powder and a pinch of salt. Mix until you achieve a smooth mix,
always at position 8.
INGREDIENTS
500 ml milk
50 g butter
50 g flour
salt
nutmeg
Bechamel sauce
Cooking method:
Place the mixing blade in the container and add all the ingredients
starting with the milk; close the lid. Select the CREAM function and
cook for 9 minutes, mixing at position 2.
