400 g potatoes
220 g fresh tuna
250 ml water
5 table spoons of
breadcrumbs (approx. 50 g)
1 table spoon of tomato
sauce
1 table spoon of lemon juice
3 table spoons of oil
1 pinch of salt

Cooking method:
Thoroughly wash and clean the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Pour the water in the container and place the steam basket,
containing the potatoes and tuna, inside it; close the lid.
Press the STEAM button and set the timer to 30 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the basket, replace the blades and mix for 15
seconds at position 5, adding the tomato sauce, salt, breadcrumbs,
lemon and oil (the mixture should be liquid and not too dry);
repeat if necessary. Pour the mixture onto aluminium foil and
shape it into a roll; cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve with mayonnaise.

20 g butter

Cooking method:
Thoroughly wash and clean the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Place the mixing blade in the container and add the potatoes
and milk; close the lid. Press the COOK button at 2 and mix
for 15 minutes at position 2 (the timing can vary depending on
the potatoes, we advise you check that they are cooked before
proceeding). Once cooked, process for 20-25 seconds (first set the
handle to the lowest setting, then increase the speed to position 8).
Add the butter, Parmesan, oil and a pinch of salt and mix for a further
15-20 seconds at position 8.

Thoroughly wash and clean the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Pour
the water, fruit and sugar in the container with the blades; close the
lid. Press the BOIL button and set the timer to 10 minutes.
Once cooked, process for 15 seconds (first set the handle to the
lowest setting, then increase the speed to position 8).
Place the mixture in the freezer for approximately 2 hours. In the
meantime, wash the container and beat the egg white with the icing
sugar (using the blades) at position 4 for 3 minutes. To this, add the
fruit mixture (which must not yet have iced).
Mix at position 3 for 15 seconds. Place the final mixture in the freezer
for a further 2-3 hours, using a spoon to stir it from time to time to
achieve ideal consistency.
Place the mixing blade in the container and add all the ingredients
starting with the milk; close the lid.
Select the CREAM function and cook for 9 minutes at position 2.
Stop cooking and immediately pour the pudding in bowls, let it cool
and then place in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
