200 g minced veal or beef
250 ml water
1 teaspoon of extra virgin

Cooking method:
Wash and clean the carrot, celery and tomatoes. Cut them all
into small pieces and place them in the container with the blades,
alongside the meat and egg. Mix for 10-15 seconds at position
6. Roll the mix you’ve obtained (enough for 10 medium-large
meatballs) into balls and place them in the steam basket.
Clean the container and pour the water in.
Place the basket in the container and close the lid.
Press the STEAM button and set the timer to 25 minutes
(the cooking time may vary depending on the size of the
meatballs).

Pour 150 ml of water in the container and place
the basket inside it; thoroughly wash and clean
the vegetables, dice them and place them in the basket. Prepare
the sole rolls, each one containing a thin, long slice of courgette.
Stick each roll with a toothpick (to be removed before serving the
food to baby!) and place them on top of the vegetables; close the
lid. Press the STEAM button and set the timer to 15 minutes.
Place the rice, milk, honey (or sugar) and vanilla pod in the
container with the mixing blade, then close the lid.
Press the COOK button at 3 and mix for 5 minutes at position 1;
then reduce cooking to 1 and cook for a further 10 minutes.
In the meantime, clean and dice the apples. Once cooked, add the
apple and the eggs to the mixture obtained, and mix for 20-30
seconds at position 3. Put the mixture in a non-stick baking pan
and cook in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180 °C.
