INGREDIENTS
1 apple (approx. 120 g)
150 ml water
70 ml continuation milk (to

20 g semolina
Semolina with apples
INGREDIENTS
the heart of a fennel
(approx. 70/80 g)
½ carrot (approx. 20/30 g)
50 g hake
2-3 parsley leaves
30 g cream of rice
300 ml water
1 teaspoon of extra virgin
olive oil
Hake with fennel
FULL MEAL - 1 PORTION
Cooking method:
Thoroughly wash and clean the fennel, carrot and hake and
cut them into pieces. Pour the water into the container
with the blades, add the vegetables and fish and close
the lid. Press the BOIL button and set the timer to 30 minutes.
Once cooked, process for 20/30 seconds (first set the handle to
the lowest setting, then increase the speed to position 6); repeat if
necessary. Add the flour, oil and parsley and mix for approximately
15 seconds at position 2.
FULL SNACK – 1 PORTION
Cooking method:
Thoroughly wash and clean the apple and cut it into small pieces.
Pour the water in the container, place the apple in the basket and
place the basket in the container; close the lid.
Press the STEAM button and set the timer to 15 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the steam basket, fit the blades, pour the
apple into the container alongside the cooking water and mix for
15 seconds (first set the handle to the lowest setting, then increase
the speed to position 6). Collect the apple from the sides of the
container and mix again for 15 seconds.
Press the COOK button at 1 and mix at position 2;
after approximately 1 minute add the already mixed milk and cook
for approximately 1 minute mixing at position 2. Add the semolina
and mix for 15 seconds at position 2.

FULL MEAL - 1 PORTION
Cooking method:
Thoroughly wash and clean the potato and the cod, cut them into
small pieces and place them in the container with the blades. Pour
the water in the container and close the lid.
Press the BOIL button and set the timer to 30 minutes. Once
cooked, process for 15 seconds (first set the handle to the lowest
setting, then increase the speed to position 6).
Press the COOK button at 1 and mix at position 1; after
approximately 1 minute add the already mixed milk and cook for
approximately 2 minutes mixing at position 2, add the parsley, oil
and Parmesan and mix for 15 seconds at position 2.
