At one year old, baby can try all major food types and begins to manifest his tastes quite clearly.
It is preferable not to be anxious or conflicted about this and to try supporting his preferences,
without letting whims take over. Baby can now eat food served in small pieces and also separate
courses, for example a first course of pasta and a second course of steamed meat or fish with
vegetables!
Recipes for 12-36 months
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe tomato (approx.100 g)
250 ml water
30 g cream of rice
1 teaspoon of extra virgin
olive oil
1 teaspoon of Parmesan
Cream of tomato
FIRST COURSE - 1 PORTION
Cooking method:
Pour the water in the container. Wash the tomato and place it,
whole, in the steam basket; close the lid. Press the STEAM button
and set the timer to 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove the basket,
replace the blades, peel the tomato and place it in the container;
close the lid. Process for 15 seconds (first set the handle to the
lowest setting, then increase the speed to position 8).
Add the cream of rice, the oil and the Parmesan and mix for 15
seconds at position 3 (repeat if necessary).
INGREDIENTS
30 g macaroni
200 ml water
1 ripe tomato (approx.100 g)
½ onion (approx. 40 g)
2-3 basil leaves
1 table spoon of extra virgin
olive oil
1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch
of sugar
Macaroni with tomato
FIRST COURSE - 1 PORTION
Cooking method:
Pour 200 ml of water in the container and place the basket inside it;
wash the tomato and place it in the basket; close the lid.
Press the STEAM button and set the timer to 15 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the basket, replace the blades, peel the
tomato and place it in the container with the cooking water and
onion. Close the lid and chop for 15 seconds (first set the handle to
the lowest setting, then increase the speed to position 8).
Remove the blades and install the mixing blade; add 1 table spoon
of oil, basil, salt and sugar: close the lid.
Press the COOK button at 1 and mix for 15 minutes at position 1;
add the macaroni and cook for the time indicated on the pasta
packet.
INGREDIENTS
300 g fusilli
200 g cubes of mortadella
200 g fresh peas
2 dl cream
courgettes (approx. 200 g)
carrots (approx. 200 g)
½ onion (approx. 50 g)
2 table spoons of extra virgin
olive oil
Three-colour fusilli
FULL MEAL 2 ADULTS AND 1 BABY
Cooking method:
Place the blades in the container; chop the onion for 15 seconds
(first set the handle to the lowest setting, then increase the speed
to position 8); repeat if necessary. Remove the blades and replace
them with the mixing blade.
Clean and wash the courgettes and carrots, and cut them into pie-
ces; place them in the container (alongside the onion), add 2 table
spoons of oil; close the lid.
Press the COOK button at 2 and mix at position 2 for 5 minu-
tes; add the peas, a pinch of salt and cook for 20 minutes, always
mixing. To cook the pasta: pour the water in the container until it
reaches level 1.5 with the mixing blade installed; add salt.
Press the COOK button at 3 (always remove the stopper from the
lid). When the water is boiling, add the pasta, lower the setting to
1, set the timer to the cooking time indicated on the pasta packet
and set the handle to position 2. Drain the pasta and mix in the
vegetables, cream and mortadella.
