Zucchiniauflauf
mit Schinken
(für einen Dampfkorb)
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
600 g Zucchini
3 Eier

l Sahne
4 EL Milch
1 TL Thymian, 1 TL Oregano
Salz, Pfeffer
150 g roher oder gekochter Schinken
Flüssigkeitsmenge im Bodengefäß:
maximale Füllstandsmarkierung

Zucchini waschen, längs halbieren und
in ca. 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. In
die Reisschale schichten. Schinken in
Streifen schneiden und auf die Zucchini
verteilen.
2.
Mit einem Rührgerät (z.B. Braun Multi -
Mix) Eier mit Sahne, MiIch und Gewürzen
verquirlen. Salzen und pfeffern nach
Geschmack.
3.
Die Eimasse über die Zucchini gießen,
Reisschale in den Dampfkorb stellen und
30 Minuten garen und stocken lassen.
4.
Mit einem großen Löffel den Auflauf
portionsweise direkt auf vorgewärmte Teller
verteilen.
Servieren Sie den Zucchiniauflauf sofort
und reichen Sie frisches Weißbrot dazu.
Sformato di zucchine con
uova e prosciutto
(con una vaschetta di cottura)
(per 4 persone)
600 g di zucchine
3 uova intere
250 ml di panna
4 cucchiai di latte
1 cucchiaino di timo ed 1 cucchiaino
di origano
sale, pepe
150 g di prosciutto crudo o cotto
Quantità di acqua da versare nella base:
fino al livello massimo

Lavate le zucchine, tagliatele a metà
per il lungo, ricavatene delle fettine di 1 cm
circa di spessore e ponetele, a strati, nel
recipiente per il riso.
2.
Sbattete le uova con la panna, il latte
e gli aromi ed insaporite con sale e pepe.
Potete farlo velocemente e facilmente
usando Braun Multimix.
3.
Tagliate il prosciutto a striscioline e
distribuitelo sopra le zucchine; cospargete
il tutto con la salsa che avete preparato e
cuocete a vapore per 30 minuti.
4.
Distribuite, con un cucchiaio grande,
direttamente nei piatti riscaldati, le por zioni
di sformato e servite con pane bianco.
