Osigurač preostalog pritiska osigurava da se lonac

može otvoriti tek kada je pritisk sasvim izjednačen,

tj. kada žuti prsten tlaka više nije vidljiv.

Ako žuti prsten ostane vidljiv (K), aktiviran je osi-

gurač preostalog pritiska. Da bi se on otpustio, gur-

nite klizni ventil (7) kratko na položaj ZU/LOCKED.

Ako para više ne izlazi, lonac kratko protresti.

Tako iz hrane izlaze postojeći mjehurići pare koji

često nastaju kod tekućih i kašastih jela i koji mogu

prsnuti kada otvorite poklopac. Sada ručku

poklopca, kao što je opisano, okrenuti nadesno

i otvoriti lonac.

4.6 Uputa za indukcijske štednjake

TransTherm®-dno za sve štednjake (11) pogodno

je za sve štednjake, pa tako i za indukcione.

Kod indukcionih štednjaka pri visokim stupnjevima

kuhanja može se čuti zujanje.

Ovaj zvuk je iz tehničkih razloga i nije znak

neispravnosti štednjaka ili lonca. Veličina lonca

i ploče štednjaka moraju se poklapati, jer inače,

posebice kod malih promjera, postoji mogućnost

da ploča štednjaka (magnetno polje) ne aktivira

dno lonca

5. Tri metode za smanjenje pritiska

Važne upute:

Ako ste kuhali jela koja se pjene ili vriju

(npr. voće s korom, juhu s mesom, žitarice),

pritisk ne spuštajte po metodama 2 ili 3.

Neljušteni krumpiri pucaju kada se ispušta

para prema metodi 2 ili 3.

Pri brzom ispuštanju pare preko kliznog

ventila ili pod tekućom vodom uvijek glavu,

ruke i tijelo držite izvan područja opasnosti.

Možete se ozlijediti izlazećom parom.

Metoda 1

Uklonite lonac s izvora topline. Nakon kratkog

vremena signal kuhanja se smanjuje (1). Kada je

sasvim nestao u ručki (I), gurnite klizni ventil po-

lako na AUF/OPEN. Pri tome izlazi preostala para

koja se nalazi ispod ručke poklopca. Ako para više

ne izlazi, lonac kratko protresti, tako da se mjehuri

pare nastali u jelu mogu osloboditi.

Metoda 2

Kod jela s kratkim vremenom kuhanja (npr. povrće)

gurnite klizni ventil (7) polako i postepeno

u pravcu AUF/OPEN (A), sve dok ispod ručke

poklopca izlazi para.

Kada ste klizni ventil sasvim podesili na AUF/OPEN,

više ne izlazi para i signal kuhanja se sasvim

spustio (I), protresite i otvorite lonac.

Metoda 3

Ako Vas smeta izlazeća para, lonac jednostavno

stavite u sudoper i pustite hladnu vodu preko po-

klopca (L), dok ne nestane signal kuhanja (1)

u ručki poklopca (I). Protresite i otvorite lonac.
