Lift the appliance with
one hand at the
2= front suspension and
with the other hand in-
sert the
22= wheel axle of the
6= front wheel into the
2= front suspension. Attach
7= spacing ring and then
both
8= folding retainers so that
the wheel can turn freely
(see section entitled “Ad-
justing the front wheel”).

Press down and hold the
P= motorstop and blade
stop lever to release the
engine brake. Slowly pull
out
C= starter cable and attach
into
23= cable guide.
Release motorstop and
blade stop lever again.

Lift appliance and place
a piece of wood under-
neath. The size of the
wood should ensure that
the mowing deck hou-
sing is horizontal.
Attach the front suspen-
sion so that the
19= hole is pointing upwards.
On one side, insert the
20= guide pin on the mowing
deck housing into the
21= slot in the
2= front suspension.
Position the front sus-
pension so that the
through bore in the front
suspension is aligned
with the thread on the
housing. Screw in
3= bolt together with the
4= retaining washer und the
5= washer, but do not
tighten.
Then repeat this proce-
dure on the opposite
side.
Finally, tighten both
3= bolts to a torque of
20 - 25 Nm.

Making lateral adjustment:
Hold the
O= handlebar with one hand
and slightly loosen
N= clamping lever. Move the
handlebar sideways to
the desired position. Re-
tighten
N= clamping lever.
Height fine adjustment:
The appliance additio-
nally has a fine adjust-
ment. Using this fine
adjustment, the height of
the handlebar can be ac-
curately moved to the
position in which the
user is able to work opti-
mally and comfortably.
Hold the
O= handlebar with one hand
and slightly loosen
N= clamping lever.
Then the height of the
handlebar can be adju-
sted by turning the
28= knurled nut. When the
handlebar is in the desi-
red position, retighten
the
N= clamping lever.

Guide
13= screws from below
through the
J= mowing deck housing at
three points. From
above, attach
15= washers and screw on
14= nuts. Do not tighten nuts.
