高度設定: 高度設定では、目標高度の設定や、補整と垂直移動速度

計算の設定ができます。

ハンズフリー設定: ハンズフリー設定では、ウォッチが GPS-3D

センサーと自動的に連動して動作するように設定するオプション

を提供します。

ウォッチ設定: ウォッチ設定では、データやモードの非表示など、

ウォッチの一般動作をカスタマイズするオプションを提供します。

❖

単位設定: 単位設定では、距離 (マイルとキロメートルの別など)

や心拍数 (拍数か％) の表示単位を決めることができます。

環境設定モードでの機能設定方法

ウォッチの他の設定機能とは違って、環境設定モードの設定グルー

プはメニュー階層形式に整理されています。

1. 環境設定モードが表示されるまで MODE を押します。

2. 次の設定グループに進むには ▲ (DISPLAY) を、前の設定

グループに戻るには▼ (STOP/RESET) を押します。

3. 設定グループを入力するには SELECT (SET/FORMAT) を

押します。

4. 次の設定グループに進むには▲ (DISPLAY) を、

前の設定グループに戻るには▼ (STOP/RESET) を押します。

環境設定モード

環境設定モード用語

クイックセット：+ サインが START/SPLIT を押すと、設定手順

全体を開始せずにその設定グループの最も良く使う設定を簡単に

変更することができます。

注意：環境設定モードのセクションでは、用語が特定の設定グル

ープにも適用される場合にはそのグループのセクションにも

表示されます。

環境設定モードの設定グループ

環境設定モードは、ウォッチの他のモードのパフォーマンスを高め

るオプションの設定に使えます。環境設定モードには下記の 6 つの

設定グループがあります。
