Zumba Exhilarate Tel Sell

Diner:

SMAKELIJKE VEZELRIJKE CHILI:

Gemalen kipfilet, bonen en groenten langzaam gekookt en gegarneerd met

cheddarkaas en sjalot.

Ingrediënten:

1 theelepel raapzaadolie

1 teentje knoflook, gehakt

½ kop tomaat uit blik

90 gr zwarte bonen

¼ theelepel gerookte paprikapoeder

¼ theelepel chilipoeder

240 ml kippenbouillon

28 gr vetarme geraspte cheddarkaas

½ chilipeper in gekruide zoutdressing (optioneel)*

85 gr gemalen kipfilet

40 gr rode paprika, in blokjes

40 gr ui, in blokjes

40 gr kikkererwten

¼ theelepel komijn

¼ theelepel gedroogde oregano

1 eetlepel gehakte lente-ui.

* Wanneer u overgevoelig bent voor scherpe gerechten kunt u dit weglaten.

Bereiding:

Verhit de olie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de kip toe en bak bruin

in ongeveer 2 minuten. Voeg vervolgens toe: knoflook, paprika, gerookte paprika en

bak nog eens 3 minuten. Voeg vervolgens de tomaat toe en laat weer 1-2 minuten

bakken. Dan de zwarte bonen, kikkererwten, kippenbouillon, paprikapoeder,

komijn, chilipoeder en oregano toevoegen en nog 45 minuten zachtjes laren smoren.

Breng op smaak met peper. Serveer in een kom met daarop wat geraspte kaas en

lente-ui.
