SAUCISSE GRILLÉE LAQUÉE
À LA MOUTARDE

Programme automatique
Dans une casserole, mettez
le miel, la moutarde, le
thym et la bière et portez
à frémissements. Laissez
cuire en mélangeant
régulièrement, le temps de
préparer la saucisse.
Allumez le grill. Sélectionnez
le programme et
appuyez sur OK.
Si vous avez pris des
chipolatas, désentortillez
le boyau entre chaque
saucisse et poussez
délicatement la chair pour
reformer une seule longue
saucisse.
Enroulez la saucisse
sur elle-même et piquez
deux piques à brochettes
perpendiculairement pour la
bloquer.
Dès que le préchauffage est
terminé, mettez la saucisse
sur le grill et fermez-le.
Faites cuire jusqu'à ce
que l'indicateur atteigne le
niveau rouge.
Mettez la saucisse sur un
plat et arrosez-la de la
sauce à la moutarde.
  700 g de saucisse
En un seul morceau,
type saucisse italienne
ou saucisse de Toulouse,
ou des chipolatas encore
attachées les unes aux
autres
  1 càs de moutarde
en grains
  2 càs de miel
  10 cl de bière
  2 brins de thym
Servez avec une purée maison à la moutarde : épluchez et
faites cuire à l’eau 1 kg de pommes de terre.
Egouttez-les et écrasez-les avec 25 g de beurre, 2 c. à
soupe de moutarde, 150 ml de lait, du sel et du poivre.
