Mélangez la viande hachée
avec la chapelure, le lait, les
œufs, le fromage râpé,
les gousses d’ail épluchées
et hachées, les herbes
de Provence, du sel et du
poivre jusqu’à ce que le
tout soit homogène. Formez
ensuite quatre steaks de la
même grosseur. Huilez-les
légèrement et réservez au
réfrigérateur.
Allumez le grill. Sélectionnez
le programme et
appuyez sur OK. Dès que le
préchauffage est terminé,
mettez les steaks sur le grill
et fermez-le.
Faites cuire jusqu'à ce qu'ils
atteignent le niveau de
cuisson souhaité (reportez-
vous au guide de cuisson).
Étalez les sauces de votre
choix (ketchup, mayonnaise,
etc.) sur les pains à
hamburger coupés en
deux, ajoutez les garnitures
de votre choix (rondelles
d’oignon, salade, tomate,
cornichons, etc.) et déposez
un steak sur chacun d’eux.
Refermez les burgers et
servez.

  50 g de fromage râpé
  2 gousses d’ail
  1 càc d’herbes
de Provence
  Sel, poivre
  4 pains à hamburger
  Sauces au choix
  Garniture au choix
Une fois les steaks cuits, déposez les demi pains à hamburger
faces coupées sur la plaque du gril encore chaud, pour les
réchauffer avant de les garnir et de les servir.
Utilisez le fromage râpé de votre choix : emmental, parmesan,
mozzarella, etc.
