6 vellen bladerdeeg
200 g fetakaas
400 g bloemkool, gekookt
200 g erwten, gekookt
1 eetlepel kerriepoeder
Een scheutje olijfolie
Peper en zout
1 | Snij de bloemkool grof en doe deze
samen met het kerriepoeder in een
kom. Doe de erwten en de uitgelekte
fetakaas erbij. Meng dit goed door
elkaar.
2 | Snij de vellen bladerdeeg in 2
stroken. Leg een eetlepel vulling op
elke strook en vouw het dicht in de
vorm van een driehoek.

de mand van je Easy Fry, besprenkel
ze met olijfolie en laat ze 14 minuten
bakken met het Programma Garnalen.
Als de samosa’s voldoende zijn
gebakken, haal je ze uit het mandje
en doe je de volgende 6 samosa’s
in de mand.
Mechanische Versie: Leg 6
samosa’s in de mand van je Easy
Fry, besprenkel ze met olijfolie
en laat ze 14 minuten bakken op
160°C. Als de samosa’s voldoende
zijn gebakken, haal je ze uit het
mandje en doe je de volgende 6
samosa’s in de mand.
