knapperige garnalen Met kerrie
250 g garnaalstaarten
(rauw en gepeld)
2 eieren
6 eetlepels tarwebloem
6 eetlepels maïsbloem
2 eetlepels kerriepoeder
1 theelepel zwarte peper,
vers gemalen
Zout
1 | Doe de tarwebloem, de kerrie,
een snufje zout en peper in een
diepvrieszakje. Doe de maïsbloem
in een soepbord en klop de eieren
in een ander soepbord.
2 | Voeg de garnalen aan het
diepvrieszakje toe, doe het zakje
goed dicht en schud er stevig mee
zodat de garnalen goed met het
mengsel worden bedekt. Haal de
garnalen uit het zakje, dompel
ze één voor één in de geklopte
eieren en rol ze vervolgens in de
maïsbloem. Bestrijk de garnalen met
olie (optioneel).

garnalen voorzichtig om en laat ze
opnieuw 4 minuten bakken.

Fry en laat ze 6 minuten bakken
op 160°C. Draai de garnalen
voorzichtig om en laat ze opnieuw
4 minuten bakken.
