Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil 1.3 kg braising or stewing beef, cut into
chunks 2 small onions, nely chopped 2 capsicums, cut
into 4-cm chunks 2 garlic cloves, crushed 4 tsp our
• 2 tsp hot smoked paprika • 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
• 3 tbsp tomato purée • 3 large tomatoes, cut into small
chunks • 400 ml beef stock • 200 ml sour cream • Parsley,
chopped
Ingredients
1 tbsp sunower oil 500 g cubed (2.5 cm) braising or
stewing beef • 150 g onion, chopped • 75 g apple peeled
and chopped • 140 g madras curry paste • 1 tbsp tomato
purée 2 tsp curry powder 50 g sultanas (oponal)
• 175 ml beef stock
1. Prepare the ingredients and season the beef.
2. Select the ‘Sr Fry’ program, press the mer dial,
turn the control knob to reach 15 minutes. Press the
temperature dial and turn the control knob to reach
140°C. Press ‘Start’.
3. Add the olive oil and sear the beef in batches for 8
minutes unl browned on all sides. Set aside.
4. Add the onions to the cooking bowl and cook for 2
minutes unl lightly golden. Add the capsicums and
garlic and cook for another 5 minutes. Sr in the our,
spices, tomato purée, tomatoes and beef stock.
5. When the me is up, add the beef back to the bowl.
Add more beef stock if necessary, to cover the meat
completely.
6. Close and fully lock the lid. Select the program ‘Stew’,
press the mer dial, turn the control knob to reach
30 minutes. Press ‘Start.
7. When the me is up, press the steam release buon to
fully release the pressure before opening the lid.
8. The beef should be tender and the sauce slightly
thickened. Season to taste and swirl the sour cream
throughout the stew. Garnish with fresh parsley.
9. Its the perfect cozy dish to impress your guests!

reach 20 minutes. Press ‘Start.
6. When the me is up, press the steam release buon to
fully release the pressure before opening the lid.
7. Serve with rice and garnish with chopped coriander!

tomatoes, chopped • 1 tbsp tomato purée • 100 ml water •
Grated cheese • Salt, pepper • Taco shells • Leuce

1 tbsp vegetable oil 700 g ground beef 100 g kidney
beans, canned • 100 g onion, chopped • 150 g green
capsicum, nely sliced 2 tsp tomato purée 150 g
cheddar, grated 2 tsp chilli powder 4 torllas, 20 cm
diameter • 4 leuce leaves
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Select the ‘Sr Fry’ program, press the mer dial and
turn the control knob to reach 5 minutes. Press ‘Start’.
3. Heat the vegetable oil and brown the onion and ground
beef. Break down any lumps of ground beef with a
spatula.
4. Add the taco seasoning, tomatoes, tomato purée and
water. Season to taste and sr well to combine.
5. Close and lock the lid, select the program ‘Stew’ and set
for 10 minutes. Press ‘Start.
6. When the me is up, press the steam release buon to
fully release the pressure before opening the lid.
7. Serve with taco shells, grated cheese and leuce.

and sr well to combine. Connue cooking using the
Sr Fry program for 12 minutes.
5. Add the grated cheddar, and sr unl melted. Add a
leuce leaf to each torlla and top with the beef lling.
6. Roll up, and enjoy!
