Hladna supa od graška
300 g graška
60 g sitno nasjeckanog slatkog luka
300 g krastavca, nasjeckanog na kockice
300 ml vode
200 ml vrhnja od soje
20 listića svježe metvice
1/2 limuna
1 čajna kašika šećera
So, biber
U kuhalo za supu stavite grašak, luk, krastavac, vodu i vrhnje od soje. Začinite prema ukusu.
Odaberite postavku „smooth soup“ (krem supa).
Ostavite u frižideru 4 sata dok se supa ne ohladi.
Otvorite kuhalo za supu. Dodajte šećer, listiće metvice i sok od pola limuna.
Odaberite postavku „smoothie“ (napitak od voća i povrća).
Poslužite ohlađeno.
Za pikantniju supu dodajte 1 kašikicu wasabi paste, paste od hrena ili grubo zrnatog
senfa. Možete dodati i 50 g mini tjestenine ili slanutka kako biste dobili supu s više
teksture.
„Chunky“ supa od poriluka i krompira
625 ml povrtnog temeljca ili povrtne supe
75 g nasjeckanog luka
1 češanj bijelog luka, zgnječen
300 g poriluka narezanog na ploške debljine 1,5 cm
200 g brašnastog krompira (Maris Piper, King Edward), narezanog na kockice od 1,5 cm
So i svježe mljeveni crni biber
POSLUŽIVANJE
Nasjeckani peršin
Ulijte pola povrtnog temeljca u kuhalo za supu. Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim redoslijedom:
nasjeckani luk, zgnječeni bijeli luk, narezani poriluk, kockice krompira, so (vodite računa da će
temeljac biti malo slan), crni biber i na kraju preostali temeljac. Pričvrstite poklopac. Odaberite
preostalu postavku “chunky soup (supa s komadićima).
Po završetku kuhanja skinite poklopac. Probajte i po potrebi prilagodite začine. Poslužite
ukrašeno nasjeckanim peršinom.
