Krem supa od poriluka i Stilton sira
600 ml povrtnog temeljca
400 g poriluka (bijeli dio), narezanog na ploške debljine 1 cm
60 g nasjeckanog luka
100 g brašnastog krompira (Maris Piper, King Edward), narezanog na kockice od 1,5 cm
75 g Stilton sira, odrezane kore i izmrvljenog
So i svježe mljeveni crni biber
POSLUŽIVANJE
35 g Stilton sira, odrezane kore i izmrvljenog
Svježe mljeveni crni biber
Ulijte pola povrtnog temeljca u kuhalo za supu. Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim redoslijedom:
narezani poriluk, nasjeckani luk, kockice krompira, izmrvljeni Stilton sir, so (vodite računa da će
temeljac i Stilton sir biti malo slani), crni biber i na kraju preostali temeljac. Pričvrstite poklopac.
Odaberite postavku “smooth soup (krem supa).
Skinite poklopac. Probajte i po potrebi prilagodite začine. Poslužite ukrašeno svježe mljevenim
crnim biberom i izmrvljenim Stilton sirom.

Za pripremu krem supe od poriluka i Roquefort sira zamijenite 75 g Stilton sira sa 60 g
izmrvljenog Roquefort sira. Poslužite supu s malo izmrvljenog Roquefort sira.
Supa od paradajza i bosiljka
500 ml povrtnog temeljca (pripremljenog od kocke)
Limenka nasjeckanog paradajza od 230 g
1 luk srednje veličine, nasjeckan
1 mrkva srednje veličine, oguljena i narezana na kockice od 1,5 cm
1 češanj bijelog luka, oguljen i zgnječen
1½ kašike pirea od paradajza
2 prstohvata dimljene crvene paprike (po želji)
10 velikih listova bosiljka
150 ml pasiranog paradajza
So i svježe mljeveni crni biber
½ čajne kašike kristal šećera (po želji)
Ulijte pola povrtnog temeljca u kuhalo za supu. Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim redoslijedom:
nasjeckani paradajz (zajedno sa sokom), nasjeckani luk, narezana mrkva, zgnječeni bijeli luk,
pire od paradajza, crvenu papriku, cijelo lišće bosiljka, pasirani paradajz, so (vodite računa da će
temeljac biti malo slan), crni biber i na kraju preostali temeljac. Pričvrstite poklopac. Odaberite
postavku “smooth soup (krem supa).
Skinite poklopac i drvenom kuhačom umiješajte šećer. Probajte i po potrebi prilagodite začine.
Poslužite.

Dodavanje dimljene crvene paprike supi daje blagu aromu dima i ljutkast okus. Dimljenu
papriku po želji možete izostaviti.
