Otrgnite listiće s grančice estragona i odložite na stranu. Ulijte pola vode u kuhalo za supu.
Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim redoslijedom: nasjeckani luk, narezane tikvice, krem sir, listiće
estragona, so, svježe mljeveni crni biber i preostalu vodu. Stavite poklopac (lagano provucite
osovinu oštrice kroz tikvice, a zatim čvrsto gurnite poklopac do kraja). Odaberite postavku
smooth soup (krem supa).
Po završetku kuhanja skinite poklopac i ulijte supu u zdjelice. Poslužite s mljevenim crnim
biberom, lagano posuto čili prahom i nasjeckanim estragonom.

Estragon se u ovom receptu može zamijeniti svježim koprom ili bosiljkom.
Krem supa od mrkve i Jakobovih kapica
500 ml vode
65 g luka kozjaka, oguljenog i nasjeckanog
550 g oguljene mrkve, narezane na ploške debljine 1 cm
4 g korijena đumbira, oguljenog i sitno nasjeckanog
30 g maslaca (po želji)
So i svježe mljeveni bijeli biber
POSLUŽIVANJE
1 - 2 kašike ulja
160 g - 180 g sirovih Jakobovih kapica
Nasjeckani svježi peršin
Krutoni
Ulijte pola vode u kuhalo za supu. Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim redoslijedom: nasjeckani
luk kozjak, narezana mrkva, nasjeckani đumbir, maslac, preostala voda, so i biber. Pričvrstite
poklopac. Odaberite postavku smooth soup (krem supa).
Kada je kuhanje završeno i supa je na postavci „keep warm“ (održavanje toplote), zagrijte ulje
u tavi na srednjoj vatri. Lagano propržite Jakobove kapice 3 do 4 minute, preokrenuvši ih na
pola prženja. Razrežite pržene Jakobove kapice na pola. Probajte supu i po potrebi prilagodite
začine. Poslužite supu s hrpicom prženih Jakobovih kapica u sredini i ukrasite nasjeckanim
peršinom.
