Krepka pileća supa
600 ml pilećeg temeljca (pripremljenog od kocke)
60 g sitno nasjeckanog luka
200 g cvjetova karola veličine zalogaja
200 g mrkve, narezane na ploške debljine 1 cm
200 g lea od pilećih prsa bez kostiju i kože, narezanog na kockice od 1,5 cm
1 začinski svežnjić (tj. grančice svježeg peršina, majčine dušice i listovi bosiljka povezani
koncem)
So i svježe mljeveni crni biber
POSLUŽIVANJE
2 kašike punomasnog vrhnja (po želji)
1 kašika grubo zrnatog senfa (po želji)
1 kašika nasjeckanog svježeg peršina
Ulijte pola temeljca u kuhalo za supu. Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim redoslijedom: nasjeckani
luk, cvjetovi karola, narezana mrkva, kockice piletine, svježe začinsko bilje, so (vodite računa
da će temeljac biti malo slan), crni biber i preostali temeljac. Pričvrstite poklopac. Odaberite
postavku “chunky soup (supa s komadićima). U međuvremenu pomiješajte vrhnje i senf.
Ulijte umak u malu zdjelu; odložite na stranu.
Po završetku kuhanja skinite poklopac i izvadite svežnjić začinskog bilja. Poslužite supu vruću,
ukrašenu nasjeckanim peršinom i kašikom umaka.

Supi možete dati orijentalni okus dodavanjem umaka od soje, rižinog sirćeta i narezanog
svježeg korijandera umjesto umaka od senfa.

150 g tanko narezanog poriluka
150 g mrkve, narezane na kockice
100 g tikvica, narezanih na kockice
150 g repe, narezane na kockice
100 g nasjeckanog luka
1 češanj bijelog luka, oguljen
1 štapić celera, tanko narezan
700 ml vode

POSLUŽIVANJE
Komadić ementalera ili ribanog francuskog sira comté, krutoni.
Stavite sve sastojke u kuhalo za supu. Odaberite postavku « soup with pieces » (supa s
komadićima).
Poslužite s malo ribanog sira i krutonima poprženim na maslacu.
Ako želite da supa bude bogatija i poslužena kao glavno jelo, zamijenite 100 g mrkve i
100 grama poriluka s 250 g krompira.
