5.3 FLEXIONES
Posición inicial:
Para este ejercicio, ponga el dispositivo sobre una
superficie plana y use las manijas como mangos
de empuje. La cabeza debe estar en línea con
el cuerpo mientras se empuja, y la mirada ha-
cia el suelo. Mueva el cuerpo hacia abajo. Para
ejercitar completamente los músculos del tórax,
el ejercicio debe realizarse con el mayor rango de
movimiento posible.
De vuelta a la posición inicial:
Ahora mueva su cuerpo hacia arriba desde el
suelo de forma controlada para que vuelva lenta-
mente a su posición inicial.
Para lograr una mayor intensidad de entrenamiento, evite agarrar fuerza con la parte
superior del cuerpo. Además, los pesos adicionales pueden aumentar la intensidad.
