RECEPTEN VOOR DE
SOLIS PERFECT BLENDER PRO
D I P S A U Z E N
A U B E R G I N E D I P
Voor ongeveer 2 koppen (500 ml)
Ingrediënten:
2 grote aubergines
oliespray
2 teentjes knoflook
1 eetlepel citroensap
2 eetlepels olijfolie
1 theelepel zeezout
½ theelepel gemalen komijn
2 eetlepels gehakte, verse peterselie
vers gemalen, zwarte peper
Te serveren met:
vers of geroosterd brood
Bereiding:
1. Verwam de oven voor op 200 °C. Spuit de aubergines in met oliespray. Doe ze
in een bakvorm en bak de aubergines gedurende ongeveer 40 minuten, totdat
de huid van de aubergine bruin begint te worden.
2. Voeg de knoflook toe aan de bakvorm en bak de aubergine en knoflook totdat
de knoflook zacht wordt en de huid van de aubergine overal erg donker is gewor-
den en blaasjes vormt. Haal de bakvorm uit de oven.
3. Doe de aubergines in plastic folie en leg deze aan de kant, totdat ze vergenoeg
afgekoeld zijn om verder te verwerken.
4. Verwijder de huid van de aubergine, en snijd de aubergine in kleine stukjes. Doe
dit samen met de knoflook, de citroensap, de olijfolie, het zout en de komijn in
de blenderkom. Sluit de deksel.
5. Kies de instelling 3/BLEND en mix de ingrediënten, totdat de zacht zijn. Verwij-
der eventueel verklevingen aan de binnenwand van de kom.
6. Verwijder de inhoud van de kom en doe deze in een schotel. Doe daar de
gehakte peterselie overheen en decoreer de dip met zwarte peper.
7. Serveer de aubergine dip met vers of geroosterd brood.
