RECEPTEN
AROMATISCHE LAMSCURRY
Voor 4 – 6 porties
Ingrediënten
2 eetlepels plantaardige olie
1,5 kg lamsbouten, in blokje van 5 cm gesneden
1 grote ui, in schijven gesneden
2 teentjes knoflook, gehakt
2 cm grote gember, fijngehakt
1 eetlepel gemalen koriander
1 eetlepel gemalen komijn
1 eetlepel curry pasta
1 theelepel gemalen kurkuma
1/2 theelepel gemalen kruidnagel
5 kardemom peulen
1 kaneelstokje
1 cup water of kippenbouillon
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/3 cup fijngehakte koriander, om mee te serveren
zout en versgemalen zwarte peper
Bereiding
1. Druk op de SAUTÉ/SEAR knop en dan op de START/CANCEL knop. Verwarm met
de deksel gesloten de uitneembare kookpan gedurende 3 minuten.
2. Verwijder de deksel en voeg de helft van de olie toe. Laat dit 1 minuut opwar-
men.
3. Voeg de lamsblokjes in kleine hoeveelheden toe en bak ze, totdat ze iets bruin
kleuren. Haal ze er daarna weer uit en leg ze aan de kant.
