RECEPTEN
LAMSRAGOUT
Voor 4 porties
Ingrediënten
2 eetlepels olijfolie
1/4 cup meel
6 kleine lamsschenkel, zonder vel
1 fijngehakte ui
2 teentjes knoflook, geperst
1 wortel, in blokjes gesneden
1 grote stengel bleekselderij, in blokjes gesneden
1/3 cup tomatenpuree
1/2 cup rode wijn
400 g gepelde tomatenstukjes uit blik
1/2 cup kippen- of runderbouillon
1 laurierblad
zout en vers gemalen zwarte peper
Bereiding
1. Druk op de SAUTÉ/SEAR knop en dan op de START/CANCEL knop. Verwarm met
de deksel gesloten de uitneembare kookpan gedurende 3 minuten.
2. Verwijder de deksel, voeg de olie toe en verwarm deze 1 minuut.
3. Paneer de lamsschenkel met meel en klop het overtollige meel af. Voeg deze ver-
volgens in kleine hoeveelheden toe aan de kookpan en bak ze, totdat ze iets ge-
bruind zijn. Haal ze er vervolgens weer uit en leg ze aan de kant.
4. Voeg de ui, de wortel en de selderij toe en laat dit 3 – 4 minuten fruiten. Roer
regelmatig, totdat de stukjes ui zacht zijn.
5. Voeg de tomatenpuree toe en laat het nog een minuut koken.
