Smørcroutoner
Ingredienser:
2 skiver toastbrød
1 spsk. smør
Tilberedning:
1) Skær toastbrødet i små terninger.
2) Smelt smørret ved svag varme i en gryde, og
tilsæt toastbrødet.
3) Læg bagepapir på bagepladen -, og fordel
toastbrøds-terningerne ensartet på det.
4) Bag toastbrøds-terningerne ved ca. 170 °C
overvarme på den øverste rille, til de er gylden-
brune (ca. 15 – 20 minutter).
BEMÆRK
Du kan også bruge krydder- eller hvidløgssmør
i stedet for almindeligt smør. Så er bagetiden
ca. 5 minutter kortere.
Miniflûtes med hakket kød
Ingredienser:
2 miniflûtes
250 g hakket kød (kalv og flæsk)
2 tomater
1 løg (i terninger)
2 spsk. tomatpuré
40 g revet parmesan
4 skiver ost
Salt og peber
Tilberedning:
1) Skær de to miniflûtes igennem, og udhul dem.
2) Bland det hakkede kød, tomatpuréen, løget,
parmesanen og lidt salt og peber.
3) Form det hakkede kød i 4 lige store frikadeller,
der er så flade som muligt, og læg dem på de
halve flûtes.
4) Skær tomaten i skiver, og fordel den på de
halve flûtes.
5) Fordel osten på de halve flûtes.
6) Læg flûtene på en bageplade -, og bag dem
ved ca. 230°C i den forvarmede ovn ved
over- og undervarme i ca. 20 minutter på den
nederste rille.
BEMÆRK
Du kan også krydre det hakkede kød med basili-
kum, chili eller andre krydderier.
