Rundstykker/boller
Ingredienser:
300 g mel (eller fuldkornsmel)
Ca. 2 tsk. bagepulver
200 g hørfrø
1 æg
500 g kvark
1 tsk. salt
Alt efter smag kommen, løg, bacon ...
Tilberedning:
1) Ælt alt godt igennem og lav små boller/rund-
stykker af dejen.
2) Læg bollerne/rundstykkerne på bagepladen -
beklædt med bagepapir.
3) Bag dem ved ca. 200 °C overvarme i omkring
30 minutter på øverste rille.
BEMÆRK
Mængden af dej er nok til flere bageplader -.
Marengs
Ingredienser:
1 æggehvide
Salt
45 g sukker
Tilberedning:
1) Kom den afkølede æggehvide i en fedtfri røre-
skål. Der må ikke blandes æggeblomme i, da
æggehviden så ikke kan blive stiv.
2) Pisk æggehviden på langsomt trin, så der ikke
dannes for store bobler i æggehviden.
3) Krydr med en knivspids salt.
4) Kom halvdelen af sukkeret i lidt efter lidt, når
æggehviden er ved at blive stiv.
5) Pisk den derefter stiv på højeste trin.
6) Kom resten af sukkeret i. Derved får marengs-
massen den nødvendige stivhed.
7) Fyld marengsmassen i en sprøjtepose med
stor stjernetylle, og sprøjt rosetter, tunger eller
andre former på bagepladen - beklædt med
bagepapir.
8) Forvarm grill- og bageovnen til ca. 100° C
varmluft.
9) Lad marengsen bage på den øverste rille ved
ca. 100° C varmluft i ca. 2 timer.
