Hawaii-toast
Ingredienser til 4 toasts:
4 skiver toastbrød
1-2 spsk. remoulade
120 g kogt skinke
1/2 dåse ananas
4 skiver ost til gratinering
Karry
Tilberedning:
Rist først toastskiverne.
Smør derefter remoulade tyndt på og læg kogt
skinke på.
Læg en skive ananas på den smurte toast.
Krydr med karry.
Læg derefter en skive ost oven på ananassen.
Læg hawaiitoastene på risten !, og gratinér
dem i ca. 8 minutter på den øverste rille i grill-
og bageovnen ved ca. 200°C overvarme.
Bagning af dybfrossen pizza
Tilberedning:
Sæt risten ! ind i grill- og ovnrummets øverste
rille.
Læg den dybfrosne pizza uden emballage på
risten !.
Bag pizzaen med over- og undervarme i ca.
20 minutter.
Følg anvisningerne på emballagen mht. tempe-
ratur.
Dej til sprøjtede kager
Ingredienser:
125 g smør
125 g sukker
1 brev vaniljesukker
1 knivspids salt
1 æg
1 æggehvide
250 g mel (type 405)
1 tsk. bagepulver
Revet skal af en halv citron
Tilberedning:
1) Pisk smørret til det skummer.
2) Tilsæt sukker, vaniljesukker, citronskal og æg.
3) Bland mel, bagepulver og salt, og rør det i
dejen med en røreske.
4) Lad dejen hvile i ca. 10 minutter.
5) Brug en kødhakkemaskine, udstiksforme eller
en sprøjtepose, så kagerne får den ønskede
form.
6) Afsæt småkagerne på bagepladen - beklædt
med bagepapir.
7) Bag småkagerne gyldenbrune i den forvarmede
bageovn ved 180°C over- og undervarme i
ca. 10-15 minutter på den øverste rille.
