Mosterd-baguette
1 baguette
1 teentje knoflook
50 g mosterdaugurken
40 g pecorino
1 el scherpe mosterd
2 el zoete mosterd
50 g boter
2 el verse bieslook
Zout, peper
Bereiding
1) Snijd de baguette met tussenruimtes van ca. 2 3 centimeter overdwars in,
maar niet door.
2) Schil de knoflook en pers hem uit, snijd de mosterdaugurken in kleine blokjes
en rasp de pecorino.
3) Vermeng de scherpe en zoete mosterd met de zachte boter, knoflook, kom-
kommer, pecorino en bieslook, en breng het mengsel op smaak met zout en
peper.
4) Smeer de mosterdboter in de ingesneden openingen van de baguette en
wikkel de baguette in aluminiumfolie.
5) Leg de baguettes op de op warmteniveau 3/Max voorverwarmde grill-
plaat.
6) Stel met de veiligheidssluiting de gewenste afstand tussen de beide grill-
platen in en sluit het deksel.
7) De baguette moet goudbruin zijn.

200 g kippen-/kalkoenborst
Een beetje bloem
Bereiding
1) Doe een beetje voor braden geschikte olie op de grillplaten en verwarm
het apparaat voor op verwarmingsniveau 3.
2) Snijd de 200 g kippen-/kalkoenborst in plakken en bestrooi die licht met
bloem.
3) Braad ze ong. 4 minuten aan een kant, keer ze, bestrooi ze met wat zout
en braad ze ong. 4 minuten aan de andere kant.
