Gegrillde groenten
2 paprika’s
1 courgette
1 aubergine
Olijfolie

Provençaalse kruiden (kruidenmengsel)
Bereiding
1) Was de groente grondig. Halveer de paprika’s, ontdoe ze van de lijsten en
pitjes en snijd ze in repen. Snijd de aubergine en de courgette in de lengte
doormidden en daarna in stukken van ong. 0,5 cm groot.
2) Bestrijk de groenten met olijfolie.
3) Verwarm het apparaat voor (warmteniveau 2).
4) Leg de groenten op de voorverwarmde grillplaat en grill de groenten
aan beide zijden elk ong. 8 –10 minuten tot ze een lichtbruine kleur hebben
gekregen.
5) Bestrooi de groenten met zout, peper en naar smaak met de Provençaalse
kruiden.
Kokos-curry-garnalen
100 g rode currypasta
50 ml kokosmelk
400 g garnalen (eventueel krabbetjes)
200 g sugarsnaps
2 paprika’s
2 uien
2 knoflooktenen
Zout en peper
Aluminiumfolie
Bereiding
1) Meng de currypasta en de kokosmelk.
2) Was de garnalen, de sugarsnaps en de paprika.
3) Pel de uien en de knoflookteentjes.
4) Snijd de uien, de knoflookteentjes en de paprika in kleine stukjes.
5) Verdeel de garnalen en de groenten gelijkmatig over 4 stukken aluminiumfo-
lie. De stukken aluminiumfolie moeten zo groot zijn dat u er de ingrediënten in
kunt wikkelen tot een pakketje. Druppel de curry-kokossaus erover en kruid
het geheel met zout en peper.
6) Vouw de pakketjes zorgvuldig dicht, zodat er geen vocht uit kan lopen.
7) Verwarm het apparaat voor op het laatste deel van verwarmingsniveau 2.
8) Leg de gevulde pakketjes op de voorverwarmde grillplaten en gaar ze
aan beide zijden elk ong. 15 minuten.
