Programmations de base
• Appuyer sur la touche MODE jusqu’à ce que l’heure s’affiche
• Garder la touche SET appuyée jusqu’à ce que « hold » apparaisse
puis l’heure en clignotant.
• Choisir 12 ou 24 h avec SET, et appuyer sur MODE pour confirmer
et passer au réglage de l’heure.
• Régler les heures avec SET, appuyer sur MODE pour passer aux
minutes et régler les minutes avec SET.
• Confirmer avec MODE et quitter la programmation
• Lorsque la SHAPE WATCH ne reçoit aucun signal de FC durant plus
de 15 mn, l’affichage se remet automatiquement sur l’heure.
• Appuyer sur MODE jusqu’à ce que la date s’affiche.
• Garder la touche SET appuyée jusqu’à ce que « hold » apparaisse
puis l’année en clignotant (programmation d’usine = 2004)
• Choisir l’année actuelle, appuyer sur MODE pour confirmer et passer
au réglage du mois.
• Mode 24h : régler le jour avec SET, appuyer sur MODE pour confirmer
et passer au mois. Régler avec SET et confirmer avec MODE
• Mode 12h : avec le mode 12h vous régler d’abord le mois puis le
jour.

• Elle sonne lorsque l’on ne porte pas d’émetteur (pas de signal).
• Elle sonne lorsque l’on sort des limites de FC haute et basse
programmées.

• Départ et arrêt avec la touche CHRONO.
• Remise à zéro : garder la touche CHRONO appuyée durant 2 sec..
