En el menú principal MENÚ FC (HEART)
podrá consultar diversos datos de
entrenamiento desde su entrenamiento
actual.
En tanto esté activado el Training Manager
se registrarán las calorías quemadas.
TOTAL
KCAL
le indicará el consumo de calorías
durante un periodo de tiempo más largo
(semanas, meses). Usted mismo podrá
decidir, cuando desea poner dichos datos a
cero (función RESET).
Para acceder al MENÚ FC pulse ENTER.
El INDICADOR DE ZONA en la parte superior
del display le mostrará en cual de las tres
zonas se encuentra actualmente.
Más abajo se le indicará el porcentaje de su
frecuencia cardiaca máx. con el que entrena
actualmente.
TRAINTIME
es el tiempo de entrenamiento
de su entrenamiento actual.
MEDIA
le indicará el promedio de su pulso
actual.
En
KCAL
se le indicará las calorías que ha
quemado en la unidad de entrenamiento
actual.
