Con el TRAINING MANAGER podrá iniciar, detener
o interrumpir momentáneamente su entrenamiento.
Todos los datos que se hallan en el MENÚ TIEMPO
y FC hacen referencia al TRAINING MANAGER
cuando se encuentra en funcionamiento.
Con el botón T-MANAGER podrá acceder desde
cualquier menú al TRAINING MANAGER.
El PC 9 recibe señales de la banda del pecho.
Al comenzar con el entrenamiento pulse
START.
El entrenamiento se ha iniciado.
Ya se calculan los diversos datos del
entrenamiento (MENU TIEMPO y FC).
EL RUNNING MAN indica que el TRAINING
MANAGER está en funcionamiento.
Para interrumpir el entrenamiento pulse
PAUSE.
Para confirmar la finalización del
entrenamiento vuelva a pulsar END.
Si desea continuar con su entrenamiento
pulse EX.
Para poner a cero los datos del entrenamiento
debe pulsar RESET (MENÚ TIEMPO y FC).
Pulsando OFF retornará al estado de reposo.
Atención: al poner a cero los datos de
entrenamiento anteriores la última unidad de
entrenamiento se borrará completamente.
Antes de iniciar una nueva unidad de
entrenamiento y de poner el contador a cero
debe observar sus datos de entrenamiento.
Pulse YES para poner los datos de
entrenamiento a “0”.
Con el botón NO interrumpirá este proceso.
Los datos se han puesto a cero.
Para acceder al estado de reposo pulse OFF.

Si desea continuar con el entrenamiento,
pulse nuevamente START.
Para finalizar el entrenamiento pulse END.
