En el MENÚ TIEMPO podrá ver la hora actual
y podrá acceder a los datos de sus tres
zonas de entrenamiento y de su tiempo total
de entrenamiento. Además, este menú le
ofrece las funciones de despertador.
Siempre que el Training Manager esté activado,
el TIEMPO TOT recogerá su tiempo de
entrenamiento. Con ello es posible recoger los
tiempos totales de entrenamiento para periodos
de tiempo más largos (semanas, meses).
Usted mismo podrá decidir cuando poner los
datos a cero (Función RESET).
Pulse ENTER, para acceder al menú HORA.
HORA
indica fecha y hora.
El indicador de la
HEALTH-Z
le mostrará
cuánto tiempo ha entrenado en dicha zona
(en min., h. y % del tiempo total de
entrenamiento).
FITNESS-Z
– aquí podrá consultar cuanto
tiempo ha entrenado en dicha zona (en min.,
h. y % del tiempo total de entrenamiento).
El indicador
POWER-Z
le aclarará, durante
cuánto tiempo ha entrenado en dicha zona
(en min., h. y % del tiempo total de
entrenamiento).
