cabin or in accordance with the cabin manufacturer's
recommendations. The electrical supply is hardwired.
CAUTION - Damage to the unit:
The control is splash-proof (degree of pro-
tection: IP 24). The control still should not
come in direct contact with water.
Install the control at a dry location.
Keep the ambient conditions between -10°
Celsius to +40° Celsius and the maximum
humidity at 95 percent.
1. Slightly push in safety lock 3 and remove the

3 Installing the control
Figure 2
Read the installation and operating instructions of the
sauna stove manufacturer prior to installing the sau-
na control.
The sauna control has a connection range for extra-
low voltage 4 and a connection range for 230V ter-
minals I.
CAUTION - Damage to the unit:
Use the CK 3 sauna control only to control and re-
gulate 3 heat circuits with a maximum of 3.5 kW out-
put per heat circuit.
As an option, you can increase the switching capa-
city with an additional power unit from
10.5 kW to 18 kW / 30 kW.
Run the stove sensor lines and bench sensors lines
separate to other power cables in the connection
range for extra-low voltage 4 of the control.
Connecting the sensor lines
NOTE - Mark lines:
Mark the white sensor lines to avoid getting them mixed
up as you connect them.
1. Run temperature sensor lines F I with overtempe-
rature fuse through opening 8 (connection range
for extra-low voltage 4) into the base of the hou-
sing 1.
NOTE - Sensor F II:
Is not included in standard delivery!
Temperature sensor F II and humidity temperature
sensor FTS II have to be ordered separately.
2. Run temperature sensor line F II or FTS II through
opening 8 (connection range for extra-low vol-
tage 4) into the base of the housing 1.
