13 Faults and troubleshooting
13.1 Displayed error messages 6:
An error message signals an electrical defect of the
system.
The control is no longer ready-to-operate:
1. Write down the error message.
2. Shut off the main fuses of the control in
the fuse box.
3 Contact customer service.
4. Mark the control as being defective.
Using the following displayed error messages 6 you
can inform customer service of possible errors/defects.
The error messages mean:
Err 1: Overtemperature sensor FI is
defective
Err 2: Internal error
Err 3: Break in sensor line FI
Err 4: Short circuit in line
Err 5: Short circuit in line(s) FTS / FII
(temperature sensor(s))
Err 6: Line interruption FTS / FII
(temperature sensor(s))
Err 7: Line interruption FTS
(humidity sensor technology)
Err 8: Short circuit in line FTS
(humidity sensor technology)
13.2 Cabin lighting does not work
Turn off switch 2.
Shut off the main fuses of the control in the fuse
box.
Replace the light bulb.
Switch on the main fuses and activate switch 2.
Contact customer service, if the interior light still
does not work.
14 Display messages
14.1 LL is displayed
- The display 6 indicates:
LL
LL = Cabin temperature is below 10° C.
The sauna control can be used without any risks.
The sauna cabin temperature is simply below 10°
Celsius.
14.2 HH is displayed
- The display 6 indicates:
HH
HH = Cabin temperature is above 115° C.
If this message is displayed only once, you can
continue to use the sauna control without any risks.
The sauna control will automatically reduce the
temperature.
If this message (HH) is displayed again, the sau-
na control is no longer ready for use:
1. Shut off the main fuses of the sauna control in
the fuse box.
2. Contact customer service or an electrician.
3. Mark the control as being defective.
14.3 FILL is displayed
- The display 6 indicates:
FILL
Water level monitor! Fill with water (see chapter 10)
14.4 Maximum heating duration
For non-commercial sauna cabins the maximum he-
ating duration is limited to six hours for reasons of
safety.
The heater will turn off automatically.
