Die Backofenfunktion «Kuchen»
Diese Funktion eignet sich besonders zum Backen von Bisquitböden, Obsttorten, Quiche-Lorraine usw.
Die Böden garen optimal, die Obst- oder Marmeladenauflage dagegen bleibt weich.
Verwenden Sie das Backblech, das Sie auf Höhenstufe 2 in den Ofen schieben.
Wird der Backofen manuell betrieben, empfehlen wir das Garen im vorgeheizten Backofen.
Drehknopf «F» drehen, und das Symbol
anwählen.
Schieben Sie das Backgut erst nach Ablauf der Vorheizzeit in den Backofen.
Nota
Möchten Sie den Beginn des Garvorgangs verzögern bzw. eine Garzeit einprogrammieren, dann
verweisen wir auf die Hinweise der Seite 4.
Nota
Nach Ablauf des Backvorgangs Drehknöpfe «F»
und «T» auf «0» zurückdrehen, um den
Backofen auszuschalten.
Drehknopf «T» drehen, und die gewünschte
Temperatur einstellen.
Empfohlene Temperatur: 220°C
