Die Backofenfunktion «Pizza»
Diese Funktion wird besonders zum Backen von Hefegebäck empfohlen. Bei diesem Verfahren trocknet der
Teig nicht aus und kann besser aufgehen, bevor die Oberfläche braun und knusprig wird - wie beim
Bäckermeister...
Wir empfehlen das Backen im vorgeheizten Ofen.
Verwenden Sie das Backblech und setzen Sie es auf Einschubhöhe 2 ein.
Drehknopf «F» drehen, und das Symbol
anwählen.
Schieben Sie das Backgut erst nach Ablauf der Vorheizzeit in den Backofen..
Nota
Möchten Sie den Beginn des Garvorgangs verzögern bzw. eine Garzeit einprogrammieren, dann verweisen
wir auf die Hinweise der Seite 4.
Nota
Nach Ablauf des Backvorgangs Drehknöpfe «F»
und «T» auf «0» zurückdrehen, um den Backofen
auszuschalten.
Drehknopf «T» drehen, und die gewünschte
Temperatur einstellen.
Empfohlene Temperatur: 220°C
