1 Desserrer les deux vis et retirer le profilé en U
2 Desserrer les trois vis et retirer la table de travail.
3 Guider le guidage de ruban supérieur jusqu’à sa po-
sition la plus élevée.
4 Si nécessaire, aligner la lame de scie à ruban et la
tendre.
5 Desserrer la vis de serrage (50) du palier de butée
(51). Régler la position du palier de butée. (Écart
entre palier et lame de scie à ruban = 0,5 mm). Si la
lame de scie à ruban est tournée à la main, s’assurer
qu’elle ne touche pas le palier.
6 Serrer la vis de serrage du palier de butée (50).

1 Desserrer les vis (56) à l’aide d’une clé à six pans.
2 Presser les doigts de serrage l’un contre l’autre (54)
(contre la lame de scie).
3 Faire tourner la lame de scie à ruban à plusieurs
reprises dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour
guider les doigts de serrage dans la bonne position –
les deux doigts de serrage doivent légèrement toucher
la lame de scie.
4 Fixer la table de travail
5 Fixer le profilé en U sous la table de travail.
REMPLACER LE PLATEAU DE TABLE
Remplacer le plateau de table dès que la fente est élargie
ou endommagée.
1 Retirer le plateau de table de la table de scie en
l’appuyant vers le bas.
2 Installer le nouveau plateau de table.
NETTOYAGE DE LA SCIE
1 Ouvrir les portes du boîtier.
2 Enlever les copeaux et la sciure de bois à l’aide d’une
brosse ou d’un aspirateur.
3 Refermer les portes du boîtier.
STOCKAGE DE LA MACHINE
Danger !
Conserver votre scie de sorte qu’elle ne puisse pas être
mise en service par des personnes non autorisées et que
personne ne puisse s’y blesser.
Attention !
Ne pas stocker la scie sans protection à l’extérieur ou
dans un environnement humide.
Informations concernant le travail
Les recommandations suivantes sont des exemples per-
mettant une utilisation sûre des scies à ruban. Les modes
de fonctionnement suivants doivent permettre d’amélio-
rer la sécurité. Ils ne peuvent cependant pas être mis en
oeuvre entièrement et convenablement à chaque utilisa-
tion. Ils ne peuvent pas traiter tous les dangers possibles
et doivent donc être interprétés avec soin.
• Lors du travail dans des pièces fermées, raccorder les
machines à une installation d’aspiration. Dans une

1 Release the two screws and remove the U profile.
2 Release the three screws and remove the working
table.
3 Set the upper sawing band guide fully upwards.
4 If necessary align the sawing band and tighten it.
5 Release the clamping screw (59) of the compression
bearing (51). Set the compression bearing position.
(Distance between bearing and sawing band = 0.5
mm). If the sawing band is turned by hand it must
not touch the bearing.
6 Tighten the compression bearing adjustment screw
(50).

1 Release the screws (56) using a hexagon key.
2 Press the guiding pins (54) together (against the saw-
ing band).
3 Turn the sawing band clockwise by hand several times
in order to bring the guiding pins in the correct po-
sition - both pins should slightly touch the sawing
band.
4 Fasten the working table
5 Fasten the U profile under the working table.
REPLACEMENT OF THE TABLE INLAY
The table inlay must be replaced if the slit enlarges or is
damaged.
1 Remove the table inlay from the sawing table by
pressing downwards.
2 Insert a new table inlay.
CLEANING OF THE SAW
1 Open both housing doors.
2 Remove the chips and sawing dust with a brush or
a vacuum.
3 Close both housing doors.
STORAGE OF THE MACHINE
Danger!
Store the saw in a way it cannot be started by unauthor-
ised persons and that nobody can be injured.
Caution!
Do not store the saw unprotected outdoors or in a moist
environment.
