3 Serrer l’écrou de rétention (K).
ALIGNER LE GUIDE-LAME SUPÉRIEUR
Le guide-lame supérieur se compose de :
• un palier de butée (assure le support arrière de la
lame de scie) et
• deux doigts de guidage (assurent le support latéral).
Il convient d’ajuster le palier et les doigts de réglage
après chaque remplacement de ruban ou de bande.
Attention :
Vérifier régulièrement les paliers afin de détecter toute
trace d’usure. Si nécessaire, remplacer simultanément
les deux paliers de guidage.

Si nécessaire, aligner la lame de scie à ruban et la ten-
dre.
1 Desserrer la vis de serrage du palier de butée (50).
2 Régler la position du palier de butée. (51) (Écart
entre palier et lame de scie à ruban = 0,5 mm). Si la
lame de scie à ruban est tournée à la main, s’assurer
qu’elle ne touche pas le palier.
3 Serrer la vis de serrage du palier de butée (50).

1 Desserrer les vis (52).
2 Presser les doigts de serrage (53) l’un contre l’autre
(contre la lame de scie à ruban).
3 Faire tourner la lame de scie à ruban à plusieurs
reprises dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour
guider les doigts de serrage dans la bonne position –
les deux doigts de serrage doivent légèrement toucher
la lame de scie à ruban.
4 Serrer de nouveau les vis (52).

Le guide-lame inférieur se compose de :
• un palier de butée (assure le support arrière de la
lame de scie) et
• deux doigts de guidage (assurent le support latéral).

The upper band guide consists of:
• a compression bearing (supports the sawing band from
the back side) and
• two guiding pins (giving additional lateral support).
Bearing and guiding pins must be readjusted after each
band or track replacement.
Attention:
Check all bearings for wear on a regular basis. If neces-
sary replace both guide bearings at the same time.

If necessary align the sawing band and tighten it.
1 Release the compression bearing adjustment screw
(50).
2 Set the compression bearing position. (51) (Distance
between bearing and sawing band = 0.5 mm). If the
sawing band is turned by hand it must not touch the
bearing.
3 Tighten the compression bearing adjustment screw
(50).

1 Release the screws (52).
2 Press the guiding pins (53) together (against the saw-
ing band).
3 Turn the sawing band clockwise by hand several times
in order to bring the guiding pins in the correct po-
sition - both pins should slightly touch the sawing
band.
4 Tighten the screws again (52).

The lower sawing band guide consists of:
• a compression bearing (supports the sawing band from
the back side) and
• two guiding pins (giving additional lateral support).
Bearing and guiding pins must be readjusted after each
band or track replacement.

Check all bearings for wear on a regular basis. If neces-
sary replace both guide bearings at the same time.
