5 g 10 g 15 g smøreller margarin (tilåsmøre
formen)
150 g 300 g 450 g Blandspinat(tint, avrent)
15 g 30 g 45 g løg (finthakket)
salt, pepper & muskatnød
150 g 300 g 450 g kokte poteter (i skiver)
35 g 75 g 110 g kogt skinke (iterninger)
50 g 100 g 150 g cremefraiche

. Bland bladspinaten med løken og krydre med salt,
pepper og muskat.
2. Smør inn gratineringsformen. Plasser potetskiver,
skinke og spinat i lag oppå hverandre i formen.
Det øverste laget bør være spinat.
3. Visp sammen egg, crème fraiche, salt og pepper,
og hell blandingen over gratengen.
4. Dekk gratengen med revet ost, dryss paprikapulver
over og tilbered på AUTOTILBEREDNING (AC-
7), "Grateng".
5. r maten er kokt, tas den ut av ovnen. La den få
hvile i 5-10 minutter før servering.

1. Bland bladspinaten med løken og krydre med salt,
pepper og muskat.
2. Smør inn gratineringsformen. Plasser potetskiver,
skinke og spinat i lag oppå hverandre i formen. Det
øverste laget bør være spinat.
3. Smul opp fetaosten og strø over gratengen.
4. Dryss til slutt solsikkekjerner og paprikapulver over
gratengen og tilbered på AUTOTILBEREDNING
(AC-7), "Grateng".
5. Når maten er kokt, tas den ut av ovnen. La den få
hvile i 5–10 minutter r servering.
