200 g 400 g 600 g fiskefilet
1. Bland ingrediensene til sausen.
2. Plasser fiskefileten i en gratinerings-form med de
tynne endene mot sentrum, og dryss salt over.
3. Fordel sausen over fiskefileten.
4. Dekk til med mikrobølgefolie og tilbered på
AUTOTILBEREDNING (AC-6), Fiskefilet med
saus.
5. r maten er kokt, tas den ut av ovnen. La den få
hvile i 2 minutter før servering.

1. Plasser fiskefileten i en rund gratine-ringsform med
de tynne endene mot sentrum, og dryss salt over.
2. Fordel bananen og den ferdiglagde karrisausen
over fiskefileten.
3. Dekk til med mikrobølgefolie og tilbered på
AUTOTILBEREDNING (AC-6), Fiskefilet med
saus.
4. r maten er kokt, tas den ut av ovnen. La den få
hvile i 2 minutter før servering.
VIKTIG: Autotining
1. Biffer og koteletter r fryses ned i ett lag.
2. Kjøttdeig bør presses flat r den fryses ned.
3. Etter å ha snudd maten, beskytt tinte deler med s biter aluminiumsfolie.
4. Fjærfe bør brukes umiddelbart etter at det er tint.
5. Kaker som er pyntet eller overtrukket med krem er svært følsomme for mikrobølgeenergi. Hvis kremen begynner
