Usen vegetales cocidos.
Córtenlos antes a trozos de 3
cm y píquenlos con la cuchilla.
Para un puré grueso, añadan
solo un poco de líquido. Para
un puré fino, vayan añadiendo
líquido hasta que la mezcla esté
suficientemente suave.
Usen nata que haya sido
enfriada en el frigorífico. Nota :
Usen, al menos, 125 ml de nata.
La nata estará lista después de
unos 20 segundos.

Mezclen los ingredientes con la función "Turbo"
(Pulse) durante max.10 segundos. Pongan la
pasta mezclada en una rectangular bandeja para
hornear y hornéenla durante 40 minutos a
170cC.

- El agua de hervir el brecol
- 2 patatas hervidas y a trozos
- 2 cubitos de caldo
- 2 cucharadas soperas de nata sin montar
