Puré de patatas
P
- 500 g de patatas cocidas
- Unos 160 ml de leche caliente (90cC)
- 1 cucharada sopera de mantequilla
- Sal

Primero amasen las patatas y, después, añadan la
leche, la mantequilla y sal. Usen la velocidad 1 y
procesen solo durante unos 30 segundos para
evitar que el puré se torne pegajoso.
Mayonesa

- 2 yemas de huevo o 1 huevo grande.
- 1 cucharadita de café de mostaza
- 1 cucharadita de café de vinagre
- 200 ml de aceite
- Los ingredientes deben estar a temperatura
ambiente.

Coloquen el disco emulsionador en el recipiente.
Pongan las yemas de huevo o el huevo, la
mostaza y el vinagre en el recipiente. Usen la
velocidad 1.Viertan gradualmente el aceite a
través del tubo de llenado sobre el disco
emulsionador. Pueden usar el agujero del
empujador para añadir el aceite.

Consejo para la salsa tártara :Añadan perejil,
pepinillos y huevos duros.

Consejo para salsa para coctel :Añadan 50 ml de
nata fresca, un poquito de whisky, 3 cucharaditas
de café de pasta de tomate y un poquito de
almibar de jengibre a 100 ml de mayonesa.
Batidos de leche (Receta básica)

- 175 ml de leche
- 10 g de azúcar
- Medio plátano o unos 65 g de otras frutas
frescas
- 50 g de helado de vainilla

Mezclen todos los ingredientes hasta que la
mezcla quede espumosa
Gratinado de patatas y calabaza

- 375 g de patatas
- Una pizca de sal
- 1 calabaza (De unos 250 g)
- 1 diente de ajo triturado
- Unos 40 g de mantequilla + más la necesaria
para engrasar el plato para el horno
- 2 cucharaditas de café de hierbas italianas o
provenzales
- 1 huevo grande
- 75 ml de nata montada
- 75 ml de leche
- Pimienta
- 70 g de queso semiseco

Pelen y laven las patatas.

Coloquen el soporte para el inserto disco (Inserto
rebanador) en el recipiente y rebanen las patatas
y la calabaza a velocidad 1.

Hiervan las rebanadas de patata en agua
hirviendo con una pizca de sal hasta que estén
casi hechas.
