Corten el queso a trozos que

primeros segundos y, después,
cambien a una posición para
lograr un picado muy fino.
Pongan el pepino en el tubo de
llenado y presiónenlo
cuidadosamente con el
empujador.
Usen margarina fría y cortada a
trozos de 2 cm. Pongan todos
los ingredientes en el recipiente
y amasen hasta que la pasta
forme una bola. Permitan que
la pasta se enfríe antes de
posteriores manipulaciones.

mezclan. Paren tan pronto
como la pasta empiece a
hacerse una bola. Permitan que
la pasta se enfríe antes de
posteriores manipulaciones.
Usen claras de huevo a
temperatura ambiente. Nota :
Usen, al menos, 2 claras de
huevo.
Consejo :Añadan un poco de
zumo de limón para evitar que
la fruta se decolorée.Añadan
un poco de líquido para
obtener un suave puré.
