INGREDIENTES para unas 46 croquetas
Carne del cocido sin piel: jamón,
pollo, chorizo.
1/2 cebolla
Aceite de oliva Virgen extra
Sal
Pimienta
2 cucharadas de harina
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
750 ml de leche desnatada
Nuez moscada
Pan rallado
2 huevos

Picar la cebolla bien picada y pochar en una sartén con aceite de oliva virgen extra.
A continuación agregar 2 cucharadas de harina y 2 cucharadas de margarina.
Remover lentamente y poco a poco ir añadiendo la leche (previamente caliente), sin dejar
de remover. Agregar una pizca de nuez moscada y sal.
Mezclar hasta conseguir una consistencia cremosa, añadir la carne del cocido y una
pizca de sal.
Una vez lograda una pasta homogénea, dejar enfriar en nevera unas 2 horas.
A continuación, dar forma a las croquetas, pasar por huevo batido, harina y pan rallado.
Mientras precalentar la Airfryer unos minutos a 180
o
C.
Introducir las croquetas en la cesta de la Airfryer y programar el temporizador 15
minutos a 180
o
C.
Hacer las croquetas por tandas.
