4 panecillos de pan de hamburguesas
1 Tomate fresco
Hojas de Lechuga (cantidad necesaria)
250 g Carne picada
1 huevo batido
600 g de patatas
Orégano
Ajo picado
Cebolla picada
Sal
Pimienta
Mostaza

Pelar y cortar las patatas. Pasar por agua y secar muy bien. Poner en un bol y rociar
con aceite.
Precalentar la Airfryer unos minutos a 200
o
C.
Introducir las patatas en la cesta de la Airfryer y ajustar el temporizador 20 minutos a
200
o
C. Cuando estén listas añadir sal y reservar.
Aparte mezclar la carne picada con el orégano, ajo picado, mostaza, cebolla picada y
huevo batido. Formar cuatro bolas de carne y dar forma de hamburguesa a cada una de ellas.
Precalentar la Airfryer unos minutos a 180
o
C. Introducir las hamburguesas en la cesta y
ajustar el temporizador unos 10 minutos a 180
o
C.
Preparar cada panecillo con unas rodajas de tomate, unas hojas de lechuga y unas
rodajas de cebolla. Luego incorporar la hamburguesa y cerrar el panecillo.
Servir con las patatas fritas.
