Precalentar la Airfryer unos 3 minutos a 180
o
C.
Pincelar ligeramente la cazuelita de barro con el aceite.
Esparcir la salsa de tomate sobre la base de la cazuela y colocar los guisantes por
encima (no es necesario descongelarlos).
Cascar los dos huevos y colocarlos con cuidado sobre la cama de guisantes.
Repartir los trocitos de sobrasada alrededor de los huevos y salpimentar al gusto.
Poner la cazuela en la cesta, cerrar y programar el temporizador unos 12 minutos
a 180
o
C, (pueden ser un par de minutos más o un par de minutos menos, según se
prefieran los huevos más o menos cuajados).
Sacar la cazuela con mucho cuidado para no quemarse y servir en el mismo recipiente.
