INGREDIENTES para 4 personas
500 g de solomillo vacuno
1 Zanahoria
1 Cebolla
1 Brócoli
1 Pimiento
Salsa de Soja

Limpiar el solomillo y cortar en cubos de 5 cm y reservar.
Lavar las verduras y cortar en cubitos o la forma que uno quiera.
Precalentar la Airfryer unos minutos a 180
o
C.
Introducir un recipiente en la cesta de la Airfryer con un poquito de agua,
agregar las verduras con sal y pimienta y programar el temporizador unos
30 minutos a 180
o
C.
Cuando al pinchar las verduras estas estén crujientes, agregar la carne y un
buen chorro de salsa de soja.
Dejar cocer unos 15 minutos más.
Retirar el recipiente de la Airfryer y colar todo el jugo que hizo al cocer la
carne con las verduras y salsa de soja.
En un cazo, aparte, reducir la salsa al fuego 5 minutos y volver a añadir a la
carne con verduras.
Servir en una fuente acompañado de arroz, cuscús o quinoa.
