Albóndigas de carne

INGREDIENTES para 4 personas
200 g de carne picada de ternera
300 g de carne picada de cerdo
1 huevo
2 rebanadas de pan de molde
Medio vaso de leche
1 diente de ajo picado
Perejil
Harina
Sal y pimienta
Aceite de oliva
1 Bote de tomate frito
En un recipiente amplio y hondo, mezclar los dos tipos de carne picada, el huevo, el ajo
y el perejil picaditos. Añadir sal y pimienta al gusto.
En otro recipiente más pequeño empapar las rebanadas de pan de molde con la leche.
Escurrir y mezclar con la carne. Si la mezcla queda demasiado blanda añadir un poquito
de harina o pan rallado.
Formar las albóndigas.
Poner las albóndigas en una cazuela de barro de la medida de la cesta de la Airfryer.
Cubrir las albóndigas con el tomate frito.
Precalentar la Airfryer unos minutos a 180
o
C.
Introducir la cazuela de barro en la cesta de la Airfryer y ajustar el temporizador
20 minutos a 180
o
C.
